There is zero doubt in my mind that God led me and my husband to Ruth! From the moment I saw her photos I was floored by how beautiful they are and from the moment of our initial video call I knew I didn’t want anyone else photographing our wedding. She listened to the vision we shared for our big day and she made it happen! She sent a photography timeline before the wedding which put me at ease. Upon meeting her in person I felt like I’d known her forever! She made us feel so comfortable and confident.
I usually don’t like getting photos of myself so that says everything! I never once felt rushed or like I was on a strict time schedule. She effortlessly guided us through getting a snapshot of each moment of our day. We got preview photos just days after our wedding and both of our jaws were on the floor at how perfect our photos are.

Working with Ruth has been truly wonderful! We first met on a video call to discuss our wedding vision and she was thoughtful and attentive during the conversation. She took time to get to know my fiancé and I before our engagement photos.
Most importantly, she is a fantastic photographer and knows what she’s doing! She made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and provided great direction for posing.

Ruth is by far the best investment I made for me wedding on July 11, 2020. She was absolutely amazing and so great to work with. She captured every single moment and detail of our wedding that I will never want to miss. She is personable, so sweet, super informing, and helps with anything and everything you cold possibly need. Planning a wedding during COVID was not easy, but she was always and ear to listen and providing encouraging advice.
My husband and I are from Indiana and planned our wedding in Florida and she helped with anything we needed like finding a person to make our cake when we could not find the perfect fit for us.
If I could give Ruth 10 stars I would! If you are looking for someone who cares and invests in you and your spouse, Ruth is the one! We will always cherish every memory that Ruth captured for us.

Ruth did such an incredible job with our wedding and engagement photos. Not only is she artistically talented with a great eye for composition, but she’s super sweet and professional. Before the wedding, she created a very detailed timeline and worked closely with our coordinator to make sure the plan was seamless.
Every aspect of the process was organized, and her kind demeanor always made us feel at ease. Whenever we didn’t know how to pose she would help direct us and make it seem natural. Our pictures turned out so well, and were easy to download and share with others. Would highly recommend her to everyone! She is truly amazing.

Ruth is such a gem and bundle of sunshine. She takes the time to get to know you and listen to what you are looking to get out of your session. She is very personable, has great communication and is very professional. She shoots in digital and film which is so cool! She did our engagement session and she was so fantastic to work with. It was our first time taking professional photos and she was amazing at coaching us and she’s a professional hype woman. I appreciate the time and patience she had with us as our venue was giving us the run around and making getting the photos done so hard and Ruth was so understanding and accommodating. She is so kind and we will definitely be using her in the future! We highly recommend. Ruth is exceptional to work with. Not only is she incredibly kind, but she has a vision and is great at directing the shoot. Leading up to our wedding she was so prepared. You can tell she spent hours and hours beforehand researching the venues and coming up with ideas on where to do all of our portraits, first look and how to capture the reception/ceremony. All of our pictures came out great! My wife and I hold Ruth with high regard and cannot recommend her enough for your wedding or photoshoot!

She created such a relaxed atmosphere and I felt so stress-free about the photos. My husband and I were so blessed to have found her as our photographer. Ruth is an amazingly talented photographer! All of her photos are absolutely stunning. Her work speaks for itself. Ruth was one of the very first vendors we hired for our wedding. Our wedding day was an absolute dream and Ruth captured all the magical moments and details. Ruth is exceptionally talented with an incredible eye. Our venue was not the easiest with its lighting in certain places but Ruth delivered. When we first booked our venue, it was a concern of mine but after finding Ruth I trusted her and she totally nailed it. Every photo was exactly what I had hoped for. She was able to highlight all the best architectural features of our venue and capture so many great couple portraits, too many to choose from!! My friends and family are all so happy with all the moments she captured too, all the emotion and the fun. Ruth is so kind, thoughtful, and professional. I am obsessed with every photo from our day. Ruth is the sweetest besides being the utmost professional! Kept telling myself if we could get a couple of good photos then it would be worth the investment to hire someone to capture our very private ceremony. RUTH IS EVERYTHING!! From her professionalism to her kindness to the detail of each photo, she is so intentional about her work! She cares about you and sees you as more than just a client and in today’s industry, that’s just so rare. I had the privilege of having her capture the special moments of my wedding day and she ended up being so special to me! "She was a shoulder for me to cry on"
I knew Ruth was the person I wanted to shoot my wedding when I met her several years ago and I wasn’t even engaged yet. I know many professional photographers and not all of them are all about weddings! Ruth loves weddings and her work speaks for itself. When I found out Ruth was available, I was elated to know I would have a friend for all the intimate operations of the day but I would also have a consummate professional and I could relax because she would be handing the day! She had amazing ideas from our first call, she was excited for me and I was beyond thrilled knowing she was bilingual to communicate clearly and efficiently with both English and Spanish-speaking family members!
She was organized, timely and had energy for days! Of course my timeline got messed up and she navigated weather interruptions, last minute changes and did I mention at least 3 anxiety meltdowns - she was a rockstar! Never phased - never showing an ounce of frustration, impatience or diva attitude. She was a shoulder for me to cry on, she listened , she was encouraging and supportive, she took direction so well and also took charge when she needed to. Her second shooter Lisa Marie was equally creative, kind and I am so grateful that both were again bilingual but also at the top of the photo game! We absolutely love all the pictures we’ve seen so far!
My fiancé is so impressed with our pictures and my friends have taken to Instagram- stalking Ruth because my pictures are incredible! First we'd like to say THANK YOU for being an amazing photographer from the beginning of booking to the end and everything in between. She is extremely organized and likes to have a timeline laid out so that your day will run smoothly. We Absolutely Love our photos, they are gorgeous, looking at them made us relive the day all over again. Although things were a bit rushed (on our end) Ruth still managed to capture our day beautifully and we thank her for that.

When our hunt for a wedding photographer started, we knew right away it had to be Ruth. Initially, I was drawn in by her photography style and bilingual skills. When we first met, we were instantly attracted to her magnetic, calm, and kind demeanor. Ruth clearly outlined every step between our first conversation and the day of our wedding, taking so much stress off an already stressful planning situation.
Then came the wedding, and Ruth truly felt like family. We recently got our entire gallery back and wow, we were INSTANTLY transported back to our magical day. There wasn’t a single picture that didn’t make us go “ooh” or “ahh.” We laughed with joy, we squealed with excitement, and we cried from all the memories she captured. Ruth is reliable, experienced, and talented, three qualities you absolutely do not want to compromise on for important photos. We worked with her for a tenth anniversary photoshoot. Some things that stood out were that she was continually working through poses and locations, which felt respectful of our time and money we paid but also ensured a wide variety of photos for us to have. She was also very attentive to my request for a “first look” for my husband and I. This took a lot of day-of coordination on site to ensure we did not prematurely see each other and she took it seriously and made it happen the way we were hoping. Most importantly, the photos are gorgeously staged and captured. Not one was unusable due to a lack on her part (off center, lighting issues, something awkward in the background). There are so many real world factors in capturing photos that ensuring the photographer’s experience and talent is 100% worth the cost. We hope to do anniversary sessions every 5 years or so and I would use Ruth again in the future, no question.
