Welcome to the world, Baby A! Capturing this lifestyle newborn photo session was so special to me. I’ve worked with A’s parents for several years now. I had the joy of photographing their wedding day. Now that they’ve welcomed their first baby to their family, I was asked to capture her early days at home. Forming these connections and being a part of their milestones may be the best part of being a Tampa family photographer.

To keep things stress-free for this new family, and to capture truly meaningful portraits, we decided on a lifestyle newborn session for Baby A. The family welcomed me into her nursery, where we captured beautiful portraits of these new parents and their baby girl. I adored watching them cuddle up and snuggle together. Every sweet moment took place in the space that they will spend so much time together as a family. A’s nursery is gorgeous! I’m obsessed with the wallpaper filled with wildflowers and all of the little heartfelt details around the space.

Lifestyle newborn sessions are one of my favorite ways to capture new babies as a Tampa family photographer. First, it makes the session less stressful for mom and dad. They don’t have to worry about traveling with a new baby in the car. Everything they need is right on hand at home – diapers, bottles, spaces to nurse, and even their own clothes. I come into your home and we find the perfect spot for your portraits. The whole process is just simple and easy! You can focus on being present with your family and I can capture your special memories. Not to mention, being photographed in your own home (and likely baby’s nursery) means that the spaces you’ve worked hard to make meaningful will be documented forever, too.
