Cassie and Daniel are married! They had the most beautiful and chic Hotel Zamora wedding day! Filled with elegant black and white details, I’m still obsessed with every aspect of their celebration. This incredible hotel is a beautiful option for St. Pete Beach wedding days – with amazing views of the water and the most elegant backdrop for any day you can dream of. Their Love Story

Cassie and Daniel met through mutual friends! They immediately connected over their love of the outdoors and soon realized that their relationship was going to be more than just friendship. Cassie and Daniel had plans going for a trip to celebrate his 30th birthday last May, but decided at the last minute to change and plan a spontaneous trip to Aruba. Daniel already had the ring and knew he wanted to propose to Cassie. Their tropical trip seemed like the perfect option! 

Cassie had a reservation at an exclusive and very nice restaurant in Aruba on their trip – so Daniel took that opportunity. He worked with the restaurant to get candles and flowers setup and even had the resort photographer capture it all. Daniel got down on one knee to propose on the beach – and they have the most beautiful portraits now to remember that special memory. 

Destination Wedding at the Hotel Zamora

Cassie and Daniel’s families are from Michigan and Tallahassee, so their Tampa wedding day was a destination celebration for the family. Everyone loved the views from the rooftop of the hotel! I don’t blame them at all, this is certainly one of my favorite spots in the city. Being outdoorsy people, Cassie and Daniel knew that this venue would be perfect for their celebration. They could host their ceremony and reception on the beautiful patio spaces and enjoy the incredible sights. 

Chic Rooftop Wedding Inspiration

Working with I Choose You Events, Cassie and Daniel planned the most gorgeous wedding day at the Hotel Zamora. With black and white details everywhere, the open air patio and green flooring really popped. When their reception setup was finalized, I was instantly obsessed with the black and white place settings. They were so luxurious! The black and white dance floor completed the look and they were ready to celebrate with their guests. I love how simple yet elegant everything looked – and how perfectly it complemented the space!! 

Sunset Wedding Reception

Cassie and Daniel timed their reception events beautifully! Their speeches and most of the main reception events happened during sunset. Everything was bathed in a gorgeous glowing light – and it felt even more romantic. I made sure to steal them away for a few quick portraits on the corner of the rooftop as the sun continued to fall. Sunset portraits are always one of my favorite parts of a wedding day!
