Indian Tampa Engagement Session

I met Vaishali and DJ at sunrise to capture their Indian Tampa Engagement Session in the quiet, golden light of the morning. The results were stunning and allowed us to spend more time together not fighting crowds. Less crowds is one of the many benefits of a sunrise session, but my favorite might be the soft light from the sunrise that creates a warm, romantic glow. Morning sessions also allow for cooler temperatures, which is huge in the Florida heat. Vaishali and DJ fully embraced the calm energy of the morning and morning light as we explored the area around the luxurious Mirasol. 

Their Love Story 

Before calling Tampa home, Vaishali and DJ (short for Damanjeet) spent years making a long-distance relationship work. They met unexpectedly through a mutual friend during a fun trip to Dallas. They shared a deep connection before finally settling down together here in Tampa, Florida. Now that they are finally together in the same city and planning their wedding, an engagement session in Tampa was the perfect way to celebrate this milestone in their story. 

Elegant Outfits with a Cultural Touch

Vaishali began the session in a stunning, traditional Indian outfit. Her vibrant and elegant skirt outfit was a nod to her heritage. The bold red outfit featured intricate details and patterns. I especially loved her top which included small beads and jewels. DJ coordinated effortlessly in a cream suit with a small piece of fabric that matched her outfit peeking out for his suit pocket square.  

For the second half of their session, they opted for a more modern, but still elegant look. DJ stayed in his cream suit, while Vaishali changed into a long white dress with a high neckline and cinched waist.  Their two outfits beautifully represented them, their culture, and their style. Not to mention, they photographed wonderfully in the morning light and against the elegant architecture of The Mirasol.
