Whether you’re looking for a quiet and quaint celebration or a classy elegant affair, there’s a venue for you! I’m sharing the best wedding venues in Italy. Each of these spots is gorgeous in its own way. Choosing your venue is the first important step in planning your luxurious dream wedding day!

Perhaps one of the most iconic villas in Italy is Villa Balbiano, overlooking Lake Como. Dubbed the “House of Gucci”, Villa Balbiano is truly one of the grandest private locations on the lake. Villa Balbiano boasts beautiful gardens, an outdoor pool, and villas within the main residence for your guests. Located in the gorgeous Orvieto Umbria countryside, La Badia di Orvieto is a stunning historic church available for your intimate wedding day. The chapel is available for Catholic weddings and the gardens and courtyard make the perfect spot for an outdoor reception in the hills of Italy. Their abbey was converted into a 4-star luxury hotel, making accommodations for your guest even easier too. The views from La Badia di Orvieto are simply beautiful – the perfect choice for a couple who loves the Italian countryside!

If you’re dreaming of a more historic inspired wedding day, consider the gorgeous Villa Cimbrone on the Amalfi Coast. This incredible 12th century villa is home to 19 bedrooms and suites for your guests, nestled into the hills of the coastline. Villa Cimbrone is a breathtaking venue perfect for a romantic and intimate wedding day at sunset along the waterfront. Imagine eating a candlelit dinner with your guests, listening to the water, and enjoying the evening view – all after getting married!

Another gorgeous wedding venue on Lake Como is the Villa Sola Cabiati. This stunning villa was built at the height of luxury in Italy. That luxury is reflected in every space of the villa – from incredible artwork, frescos, and other pieces as well as the over-the-top gardens overlooking Lake Como. Dreaming of a majestic and dramatic wedding day? Consider hosting your event at the Isola del Garda. Isola del Garda is a true fairytale venue located in Lake Garda. They’ve got a gorgeous featuring hanging gardens and a stunning villa all surrounded by ancient monastery walls. It’s easy for you and your guests to fully relax in the magic that is Isola del Garda. With terraces and grottos to enjoy, you’ll find the perfect dramatic backdrop – no matter the size of your wedding! Isola del Garda is a gorgeous option for an outdoor wedding in the Italian air.

Venice is quite possibly one of the most romantic and charming locations in all of Italy. This floating city is the perfect place for your wedding day.
