This winter, Michelle and Stephen hosted a beautiful and fun wedding day at the Hotel Haya in Tampa FL. It was a really wonderful day – celebrating the best parts of this incredible couple. Michelle and Stephen are super sweet, faithful people and I loved working with them – and connecting with them through their downtown Tampa  wedding day. 

Their Love Story

Michelle and Stephen met on a Christian dating app and the first time they met was the first time either of them had met anyone online. They immediately clicked – connecting over their shared values, love of music, and having fun together. Before long, Stephen proposed at Bok Tower Gardens because Michelle loves plants and gardens. St. Andrews Episcopal Church Wedding Ceremony

One of the things that helped Michelle and Stephen connect is their shared faith. When they began planning their wedding, they knew a church wedding was going to be important to them. Michelle and Stephen tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony at St. Andrews Episcopal Church. The space is beautiful – stained glass, a gorgeous organ, and it was the perfect spot for their vows. 

Hotel Haya Wedding Day 

Michelle and Stephen prepared for the day and held their reception at the Hotel Haya in Tampa FL. The Hotel Haya is a gorgeous boutique hotel in the area and it was the perfect backdrop for Michelle and Stephen’s day! I love all of the special touches that the newlyweds brought to their day! First, Michelle is a graphic designer and she designed their beautiful sage green and ivory wedding invitations. They were stunning – and I loved the fun wax seal! To honor Stephen’s work – he’s a fireman – they had a table featuring his hat at their reception. We even took time to take special photos with their firemen friends. It was so perfect! 

Congratulations again, Michelle and Stephen! I’m so happy for you both and thrilled I could be a part of your downtown Tampa wedding day!
