One of my favorite up and coming trends has to be the emphasis on menswear on the wedding day! Grooms traditionally have worn very simple and dark suits for many years. But, with the fashion industry taking more interest in men’s fashion we are seeing so much variety now for our grooms! Just in the last year, I have been able to capture countless groom’s and their unique styles. Consider these trending tuxedo styles for the groom when wedding planning with your guys!

White Suit Jackets

No longer does the bride have to be the only one in white on your wedding day! More and more grooms are choosing to wear a white suit coat with dark dress pants. This look is fresh, offers beautiful contrast and is so modern. When choosing to wear white on your wedding day, be sure your suit coat does not clash with your brides gown. For example, if your bride is wearing an off white wedding dress, then your bright white suit coat will steal the show.

Deep Royal Hues

Bring elegance to your wedding day by choosing to wear deep hues. When you choose a dark red or navy blue suit, you will create a stunning contrast between you and the white of your brides gown. These colors are especially lovely in the winter months, as they bring warmth to your wedding colors. I love how the couple (below) chose to incorporate the red of the groom’s suit in the bride’s wedding bouquet. And the groom had a white rose symbolizing his bride over his heart. It was such a romantic touch to their wedding day!

Finding unique suits are so much easier today than it was five or ten years ago. If you have an idea of a unique look you want to achieve on your wedding day, chances are you will be able to find it!
