About Harborside Church Wedding Chapel

As soon as you step onto the grounds, you’re greeted by lush gardens and towering trees that provide the perfect backdrop for Tampa wedding photos. The chapel itself sits beautifully among nature, blending seamlessly with its surroundings. It’s a beautiful and quaint option outside of Tampa for your wedding ceremony. 

Inside, the chapel features warm wooden pews, large windows and high, vaulted ceilings that give the space an air of grandeur without being overly ornate. There’s a feeling of peacefulness and elegance that flows through the space, making it an ideal setting for a romantic, intimate ceremony.

A Brief History of Harborside Chapel

Founded by Harborside Christian Church in 2017, Harborside Chapel has grown to become one of the most beloved wedding venues in the Safety Harbor area. Harborside Chapel was created to not just be a venue, but to be a space where couples could intentionally work on their marriage. The chapel is located on the same lot as the church. It has been a unique blessing for the church and its attendants.  

Harborside Chapel Wedding Venue

The chapel seats up to 216 people, meaning it’s perfect for a variety of wedding sizes. They allow simple decor – like candles, but it’s always best to check with the incredible team onsite! Harborside Chapel offers 3 packages for the chapel reservation, from 2.5 to 6 hours.

Couples getting married onsite also have access to the bridal suite, groom’s quarters, a wedding coordinator, sound tech, and a 1 hour rehearsal. The chapel was designed as a space to help couples build on their marriage too, so every couple has access to their marriage mentoring program, as well! 

Accommodations for Ceremonies

Harborside Chapel primarily hosts wedding ceremonies—it’s important to note that they do not accommodate receptions. So, you’ll need to make separate arrangements for the reception if you have your ceremony here. However, if you’re looking for a ceremony-only venue, Harborside Chapel is perfect.
